It surprises me too.  I'm surprised they asked for Mrs. anybody - or
for that matter, Mr. anybody.  Everyone seems to assume more and more
that first names are just dandy for everything.  It usually doesn't
bother me, but sometimes I *would* like a bit more formality in some
situations.
