A popular song in the 1950s used POPO to refer to a baby's butt. The lyrics
went something like

"Feet up, pat him on the popo, let's hear him laugh
Ha-ha-ha-ha."

That's all I remember.

This was not an obscene song--itplayed on all the radio stations.
