Could you please send that item again in plain text (or equivalent?). It was
all code, here. Also, I am interested in queue - in line - on line (get on line
for theater tickets, etc.) and regional patterns, variants.  Also, omitting
referent in expressions such as ("Is this Jack?" "This is <that's all, no
name or pronoun here, where I require it (middle-aged guy)." Thanks, Jan
