Never mind. I should have read all the posts first.

I will also point out that the IPA 'ae' pronunciation is the only one
given by Kenyon & Knott, for what it's worth. It's also the only one given
by the Pronouncing Dictionary of Proper Names (Bollard, Ed.), 2nd edition.
