JANITOR INSURANCE--THelead story in today's WALL STREET JOURNAL, 19 APril 2002, pg. 1, col. 5. Col. 8: "...covers rank-and-file workers--known in the insurance industry as janitors insurance or, in at least one instance, dead peasants insurance."

CHICKEN BUTT--According to today's WASHINGTON POST (the story is on the Matt Drudge's web site), it's not slander to call someone "chicken butt." Hey, but suppose you're talking to a turkey?

MISC.: "Hoards" should be "hordes" in my last post yesterday. The air conditioning doesn't work in my building, so I get a drink, so I spill it on my computer, so then my computer busts, so I turn on a light and that goes out... I made that rushed post at Columbia U's computer, just before closing time at 11 p.m.
