Well, yes, but it's more puzzling than "oikiophobic": you felt you had
to supply a pronunciation. IMHO; YMMV.

Um, actually I don't see any of the suggestions so far as likely to become
part of everyday speech, so pronunciation is bound to be pretty creative!
