"flat tire"

Is there any dictionary out there that includes a definition for
"flat tire" as in when someone steps on the back of one's
shoe causing one's heel to come out?  I couldn't find it in
HDAS, it doesn't show up in the ADS archives, and the
earliest I could find in nexis (searching for "flat tire" with shoe
and heel) is in the Atlanta Journal & Constitution 7/15/93.
Isn't the expression older than that?  Does any dictionary
record it?
