OED has 1891 for "Chanukah." Merriam-Webster has 1864 for "Hanukkah."

1:
_From a Correspondent_--On Friday, during the "Feast of Dedication," the
young ladies of Miss Gomes's establishment distributed their _annual_
allowance of bread and meat for Hanucah to seven poor families;...
(THE JEWISH CHRONICLE began in 1841. I'm not saying that "Hanukkah" was
coined here...The title of this post is from the lyric to that annoying song.
It's now playing in a car commercial, and I also heard the song while I was
in Yalta, Ukraine--ed.)
