("Bar Mitzvah" is on this page twice.  This 1657 cite is earlier than Lancelot Addison's THE PRESENT STATE OF THE JEWS (1675) "Ben Mitzvah" that I had previously noticed.  OED has 1861 for "Bar Mitzvah"--ed.)

(The word is here many times.  The revised OED has...--ed.)
