I just have to point out how amazing it is that one asks for something
arcane yet banal, and Barry comes up with a citation almost "instantly"
(only twenty minutes later).  I am almost afraid to ask if you sit at your
computer waiting for such queries, Barry!  More power to you, and thanks for
being so willing to just "plug it in".  :-)    Millie
