It's from "Animal Crackers." It was performed on Broadway in 1928 and made
into the film in 1930.
Groucho playing the character of Captain Spalding says, regarding exploring
in South America: "You go Uruguay and I'll go mine."

A film specialist in the Ball State Department of
History tells me that Groucho said a variation of this
in a 1930's film. He didn't give the name of the film.
