[Mai Kuha]

This thread is triggering an exasperating memory for me. When I lived in
Cincinnati, a very popular person by this name evidently had a phone
number similar to mine, because for an entire year the phone rang almost
daily with "Yo, Binky dere?"
(Obviously, I mention this as evidence that human beings can be called
Binky.)
