Peter Tamony

A book just received in the library here is "Torching the Fink Books
and Other Essays on Venacular Culture" by Archie Green.  (Chapel Hill &
London: University of North Carolina Press, 2001.)  It contains a
memoir of Peter Tamony on pp. 183-98.  It appears that this memoir has
not been published previously: it's not mentioned in the
acknowledgements and it does not appear in the bibliography of Green's
writings, which I skimmed for the years after 1985.
