I've heard /kae:t at k)rn at r/ or something like that, but definitely r-less
in the second syllable.  Also /kItik)rn at r/, but never /keit at r.../ or
/kaeti.../ or /keiti.../.

Perhaps the 'catercorner' spelling is British or Bostonian??
Catteh-corner is possibly the more frequent pronunciation of the two I
recall having heard.
