qohee

I need some help.  I am an attorney in Virginia who gets email from another Virginia attorney who uses "qohee" as her email name.  My client has asked me what it means.  I have some vague thought that it was some sort of colonial slang for hillbilly.  I haven't found "qohee" anywhere.  Can anyonyone help?  Thanks
