   Robert Harris Cafe is a popular New Zealand chain.  It offers a B.E.A.T. Breakfast:

bacon,
eggs,
avocado,
and toast (wholemeal)

   I haven't checked Google for other hits.

(OFF TOPIC:  When I cancelled a trip to Georgia/Armenia/Azerbaijan in September, I didn't get my money back.  I was told I could take the same trip in May.  Now there are terror cells in Georgia.  Oh boy--ed.)
