Yes.  Bungable sounds like a descriptor for something that could be stopped
up with a cork.  Or something that could be made to be stopped up with a
cork.  Or a tap.

The jumpers in question use bungee cords, not bunghy cords.  I be happier
with Duane's spelling, or with "bungeeable."

But since I don't practice the sport ‹ and I don't see myself taking bungee
jumping up as a hobby in the immediate future ‹ I guess it won't be up to me
to coin the adjective.
