I've never seen it on a newstand. It's intended for ABA members only - it's
included as part of the membership fee. That said, you can probably ask some
lawyer members of ADSL to send you their copy (I haven't saved mine, sorry)
or write to the ABA -- I"m sure they'd send you a back issue for a nominal
price.
