There was some discussion a year or so ago on ads-l of a sloppy ground beef
sandwich that went by a particular brand name (which I have forgotten) &
was appaently known over a fairly broad region in the midwest.  Matthew
Gordon & I both remembered a  version of this known as a "Yum-yum" in
Lincoln, Nebraska.  My recollection of this goes back to the 40's;
Matthew's was from more recently. I don't know how localized this name was.
