Gender options

 Perhaps questionnaires should have two sets of options: Sex and Gender.
Biological sex data might be important for purposes of planning health
programs, &c., while gender (role) data would be useful for work &
political purposes. The gender category could be answered with one or the
other or both options. [Or it could give the choices: Masculine, Feminine
or Epicene.]
