Word for Saddam

There's no particular point to this message except to share an utterance
that members of this list might get a kick out of.

On the news last night, a local TV station was interviewing a 19-year-old
from Portland who had joined the Marines right out of high school and was
training at Camp Pendleton (CA) for urban warfare.  Asked how he felt about
Saddam Hussein, he said he didn't know much about him but that if what
people said was true, "I guess he's kinda heinous."
