O.T. - Might I suggest that those of you interested in the topic of 'tart
lawyers' subscribe to the ezine at <www.StellaAwards.com>? Named after the
plaintiff in the McDonald's coffee case, this semi-regular mailing
provides both flagrant examples of outrageous 'tartism' and
thought-provoking discussions of cases that seem at first glance to be
tarty but are not. The author maintains a list which debunks many of the
urban-legend tart cases. Highly recommended.
