Coke and Pepsi

Has anyone heard the phrase "coke and pepsi" to refer to a children's game in
which the participants line up in two lines (called "Coke" and "Pepsi") and
at an MC's command do ridiculous things?

It's popular at bar/bat mitzvah parties here in the Atlantic City area.  I've
never heard of it anywhere else, so it could be the invention of some local
person who does gigs as MC at bar mitzvah parties.
