Actually, I distinguish ALL CAPS from OCCASIONAL caps, which are sometimes
used for emphasis. Consider the diference:
ACTUALLY, I DISTINGUISS ALL CAPS FROM OCCASIONAL CAPS, WHICH ARE SOMETIMES
USED FOR EMPHASIS.
