Going out to see the horses

   Greetings from Ulaan Baatar!  I made it!  600 kms across the desert!  We left at about 4 p.m. and got in about 4:45 a.m.  It's now about 9 a.m. and I'm leaving for China, then Lhasa in one minute.

GOING OUT TO SEE THE HORSES--Mongolian version of "go see a man about a dog."  That is, to go to the toilet.  Yet another horse proverb/saying...I couldn't find a good Mongolian term for "horse apples," though.

Gotta run!  The caravan moves on!
