Admit it, you've been on pins and needles wondering if Gennaro Lombardi's pizzeria was really at 53 1/3 Spring Street. The first "reverse directory" of Manhattan was published in 1929, and this shows a 5-18-1929 date.

Feb. 26. L'Aimable Catichette, captain Stephen Patie, from Guadaloupe, for Virginia, prize to his majestyships Amphion and Cyclops, ran on shore last Friday night, back of Staten Island, and on Sunday vessels were sent down to endeavour to get her off.
