   There are many food "by-products."  WEBSTER'S NEW WORLD DICTIONARY OF CULINARY ARTS has:  "_meat by-products_  The edible and wholesome parts of a beef, veal, lamb or pork carcass other than skeletal meat.  _See_ variety meats."
