Yes. With a rising intonation/tone. I was curious if native speakers say it
with a rising intonation as a casual form(?) for "Hello? Anybody here?". I
just thought it may be rare, but probably I was just wrong. I was observing
others' internet chats recently. I often saw "Hello?" but "Hi." without any
question mark maybe with a falling intonation. But if you use it, that's ok.
I won't be wrong even if I do! Really appreciated and thank you for spending
time for this!
