Cook-Off (1960s)

   It appears that I did "bake-off" and "rib-off," but not "cook-off."
   This morning, Ancestry.com was down.  I walked all the way down to NYU, and now ProQuest is down.  Before it went down, I didn't spot an early "cook-off" among the many bad hits.  It appears to date from the 1960s-1970s.
