this tagline/lawsuit appears to be a publicity stunt - how many of us would
have known that Franken has published a book if it wasn't for the tagline,
and Fox's reaction to it? "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them: A Fair
and Balanced Look at the Right" would probably appear in the back pages of
the local newspaper's book review section if it wasn't for the suit.
