Concerning Texas Toast: I remember it was an item on the menu at a restaurant (was it a small chain?) called the "Denver Drumstick" (in Denver CO) in the late 1950s. Which makes me wonder, are there any historical menus about, and would these be useful for antedating some food terms? Orin Hargraves
