Some time ago one of the list members posted a detailed summary of the
infamous MacDonalds-hot coffee case. I saved it to an email file.
Unfortunately my email utility went in the tank and I lost multiple emails I
was saving. I recently got one of those revolving door emails announcing the
"Stella Awards" for "frivolous" lawsuits. I suspect the cited suits are pure
phantasy and would like to send the MacDonald case summary in response. I'd
appreciate it a great deal if whoever posted the summarry of that case would
send me another copy.
