Of course everyone says driver's license. I know what is says on the plastic, but still say the 's. Maybe years back the license did say 'driver's license, but I have no idea when/if it changed.
BTW, I just asked a couple students. One said 'driving license', but then changed to 'driver's.s When I showed her my 'driver license', she had a good explanation--'It's cheaper to print one less letter.' So, there you have it--Oregon is just trying to manage its budget woes.
