call for papers

Submissions are invited for the American Dialect Societybs conjoint
meeting with the Rocky Mountain MLA, October 9-11, Missoula, Montana.
Papers dealing with any aspect of the dialects of English or other
languages spoken in the United States will be considered.  Please submit a
300-word abstract (via e-mail or regular mail) by March 1 to the session
