This is also called "vanity googling." Here are some other google-related
terms I've seen:

googler (someone who googles)

revenge googling (posting negative information -- which may be true or
false -- about a person to a Web site so that person looks bad if someone
googles him or her)

google anxiety (worrying about what people might find out about you by
googling)

ungoogling (getting Google to remove information about your from their
database)

blind date (dating a person without having googled him or her)
