Saturday Evening Post "Halloween" covers, 1930-1960

This is the one. In various catalogs selling prints of SEP covers this one
is titled "Trick or Treaters." But as I said, I have no idea when the title
was applied to the art work.

right; one would not assume they children were trick or treaters if it
weren't for the title.

I was hoping the magazine itself would list the name of the artist and the
title of the cover illustration. I guess not. The title was probably applied
retroactively.
