creative spelling

a while back, i posted about a friend who expected "say one's
piece" to be "say one's peace". this fellow is endlessly inventive
in the spelling department (a recent reinterpretation is x "teams
with" y instead of "teems with" - see, it *does* make sense), and
also is very good at representing actual pronunciations in spelling.

here's today's contribution:

 >[poster c writes]

  >>... Better late than never.

[poster m replies]

 >They're always be another chance.

i stared at this for a while before realizing that this is in
fact just what i usually *say*, though i'd write it as
  There'll always be another chance.
of course, m might somewhat more accurately (from the lexical
point of view) have written
  There always be another chance.
but even i admit that this last version looks funny.
