None of these variants appear in W3.  The only variants I remember
hearing are (et set er uh ... et se truh).  AH4, Kenyon & Knott, WNW,
ACD, all have only the two variants.  RHU2 says the following:

"Pronunciation with (k) substituted for the first (t): (...), although
occasionally used by educated speakers, are usually considered
nonstandard."

Perhaps these variants deserve reexamination.
