Local pronunciation and anglicization: the source.

Dear Linguists,
Thank you very much indeed for your comments on my questions.

The source of the information seemed to be  $B!H (BA Pronouncing Dictionary of
American English $B!I (B by John S. Kenyon and Thomas A. Knott, anyway. But a
reviewer on the Amazon.com said that the dictionary is 50 years old and has
a lot of errors.

Any further comments are always appreciated!
