Festacular & FKK

   Greetings from the island of Korcula, Croatia, after a brief stay on the island of Hvar.  I saw the house in Korcula where Marco Polo was born--although Venice disagrees on that.

FESTACULAR--A Garage Rock Spectacular.  Google shows hits from 1999, and it's in today's NEW YORK POST.

FKK--German for "Free Body Culture" (a.k.a. nude beach).  Perhaps OED is interested in the initials; like OK, they're not translated...People have been taking their tops off at non-FKK beaches, too.

ADMITTED ONLY DECENTLY DRESSED PERSONS!  WE BEG FOR SILENT BEHAVING!--A sign at the 14th-century church here.  (Not FKK.)
