Civil discourse. Is there a Discourse Cop in our midst?  I was wondering
when someone might notice the neocon tone of this discussion -- ie, rant 'em
down.

But asking for civil discourse might be taken as --what? Prescriptivism?
You mean there are rules of discourse?  Even on the internet (where we may
all be dogs, or surly sonsofbitches)?
