Courriel, Not E-mail, is Preferred Term in France

According to the _Journal Officiel de la République Française_ , the
Commission générale de terminologie et de néologie has chosen
"courriel" over other choices as the preferred term for "email,"
including all English-derived synonyms, and has specifically said that
"mél" should not be used as a noun.
