   Quick, quality service is one of the many abilities a counterman must be
armed with.  Here Dick works on an order for a bacon, lettuce and tomato
sandwich, or--in restaurant parlance--a BLT.  The morning, noo and evening meals
keep him constantly on his toes at a variety of duties.
