Neufchatel cheese (1853)

   OED and Merriam-Webster have 1865 for "Neufchatel" cheese.
   There is a cite here for "Neufchatel" and "cheese" on the smae page in 1851, but I don't think it applies.  This--the next cite of several from the 1850s--is from Making of America (Michigan-Books):
