Soda Straw (1922)

   OED has 1926 for "soda straw."  The NEW YORK TIMES full text doesn't have earlier than 1923.  A trademark search wasn't helpful.
   This ad was interesting.  The same publication said that chocolate milk could be had through a "school straw."


   December 1922, THE MILK DEALER, pg. 105 ad:
("PURITY SODA STRAWS" product box is seen, although this ad and publication mention it as a straw for milk--ed.)
