Coinage of Musical Term "Heavy Metal"

Hmm. I don't think of the Kinks as Heavy Metal either,
but Led Zeppelin would be THE Heavy Metal band. Dave
Davies does have a point though about the guitar sound
on those songs. I'd credit him and Pete Townsend with
power cord, a crucial element of Heavy Metal.
