   OK, last two of the morning.

ROB ROY--I had posted 1895(?).  The date was probably five years later.  OED has 1960 for "Rob Roy."  It's in a large drink list in the NEW YORK TIMES, 11 May 1919, pg. 60.

KOSHER SALT--OED has one 1999 citation.  It's in an A&P ad in the NEW YORK TIMES, 3 September 1953: "Kosher Salt  Diamond Crystal  3 lbs. pkg., 15c."  I didn't see a Diamond Crystal trademark, though.
