"condition" = dyscondition?

We've come to understand "heart condition" and "lung condition" to mean
diseased or dysfunctional organs, but somehow "health condition" seems to
be carrying it a bit far. What a great out for an insurance company to use
such language in a policy contract! This comes to mind on hearing that
SARS has a 50% mortality rate among people (over 65) with a "pre-existing
health condition."
