CHICKEN OF THE SEA

"Ask any mermaid you happen to see
 What's the best tuna?
 Chicken on the Sea."

DARE has "chicken of the sea n An albcaore or similar fish." From DARE's 1949 citation: "Tuna fish is aptly called 'chicken of the sea' along the West Coast." The LOS ANGELES TIMES will surely come in handy here. I couldn't beat the trademark, which is the much-earlier 1912.

CHICKEN CORN SOUP

DARE has "Chiefly PA" and "A soup made with chicken, corn and rivels (small pieces of egg and flour dumpling)." The first citation is the AMERICAN HERITAGE COOKBOOK in 1964, but obviously there's better. I'll have to check my William Woys Weaver works on this.
