Not just the /z/ pronunciation of "greased" and the -ing
alveolarization but surely the association with "White Lightnin'" too.

Apparently Six Flags, a theme park in KY, has a new ride called Greezed
Lightnin'. I thought it was interesting that the name, spelled this way, is
prominently displayed in a recent TV ad. Someone must have thought the
dialect feature(s) would help attract customers.
